Garments must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of perfume or deodorant marks. All original brand tags, labels, and zip-lock polybags must be attached.
Underwear, socks, accessories (beanies, caps, jewelry), and items clearly marked as "Final Sale" or "Vault Archive Drop" cannot be returned for hygiene and exclusivity reasons unless delivered with a manufacturing defect.
Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes QC inspection (usually within 24-48 hours of receipt), prepaid refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders receive an instant store credit gift voucher or direct bank transfer upon providing account details.
We apologize! Please submit a return request immediately or email us at support@orryx.shop with photos of the damaged area and the shipping label within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize an expedited replacement at zero cost.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All transactions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) or localized currency at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and select Cash on Delivery (COD) orders across India.
